PONGALLO RACING ENGINES — DYNO TUNING RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By signing or accepting this waiver electronically, the customer ("Customer")
acknowledges and agrees to the following terms relating to dyno tuning,
chassis dyno operation, and any related services performed by Pongallo Racing
Engines ("PRE"), its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates
(collectively the "Released Parties").

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Customer understands that dyno tuning, engine calibration, and high-load
testing of an internal combustion engine and drivetrain carry inherent risk,
including but not limited to: engine failure, mechanical breakage,
transmission or differential damage, turbocharger or supercharger failure,
fuel system failure, ignition system failure, electrical damage, fluid
leaks, fire, sensor or wiring damage, tire failure, and damage to interior
or exterior components of the vehicle. Customer voluntarily and knowingly
assumes all such risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Customer hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless
the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions,
or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury,
or expense, including damage to the vehicle, its components, or any
personal property, sustained as a result of dyno tuning or any related
services, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or
otherwise.

3. VEHICLE CONDITION
Customer represents that the vehicle is in safe operating condition prior
to the service, that all fluids are at proper levels, that there are no
known mechanical defects that would make dyno operation unsafe, and that
all information provided to PRE regarding the vehicle's build, modifications,
fuel, and tune state is accurate.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A $100 deposit is required to secure a dyno appointment. The deposit is
NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show,
or vehicle not being ready on the scheduled day. The deposit will be
credited toward the customer's final tuning invoice upon completion of
the booked service. Reschedules requested at least 72 hours in advance
will retain deposit credit toward the rescheduled appointment.

5. HP TUNERS CREDITS
HP Tuners VCM Suite credits are NOT included in any HP Tuners-based tuning
service and must be supplied by the Customer prior to the appointment.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and PRE
regarding dyno tuning services and supersedes any prior representations.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in
full force and effect.

By proceeding with booking, Customer affirms they have read, understood,
and agreed to all terms above.
